  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
